Objective
My goal is to help connect the world a little better through film. By this I mean anything from making social and cultural documentary, to arranging cultural exchange and doing work involving the arts and film communities as a diplomat one day. I love to direct, produce, and edit, though I am still a novice in film. I believe that film - documentary in particular - serves as a kind of journalism that keeps our people and our culture changing and growing. I hope to put my film education to good use in tandem with an advanced degree in the humanities or business.
Film Experience
I have held key departmental positions on approximately 10-12 films at Columbia College Chicago, most of which have been as Sound Mixer. I have also Directed 3 of my own films, as well as produced, edited, and assisted on many. Some of the most recent work I’ve done has been on Practicum films at Columbia (in sound)
